Technical documentation
The AI Act file a provider must draw up and keep current to show a high-risk system meets the requirements.
Under the EU AI Act, the provider of a high-risk AI system must draw up technical documentation before the system is placed on the market or put into service and keep it up to date. The documentation must demonstrate that the system complies with the requirements and give authorities the information needed to assess compliance, with its content set out in an annex to the Act. For an agent, it describes the model, data, tools, limits, testing, oversight design and known limitations.
