Evidence pack
A bundle of records that reconstructs one agent action: identity, mandate, authentication, inputs, calls, outputs and approvals.
An evidence pack is an industry term for the bundle of records that reconstructs a single agent action from start to finish, such as the identity of the agent and its principal, the mandate relied on, how the principal authenticated, the inputs, each tool call and result, human approvals and timestamps. It is assembled automatically at the time of the action rather than gathered after a complaint. A good evidence pack lets a merchant, bank or supervisor verify what happened without trusting the agent's own account.
