Checkout session
In ACP, the stateful object an agent and seller update together, from items and options to completion.
In the Agentic Commerce Protocol, a checkout session is the stateful object through which an agent and a seller conduct a purchase: the agent creates it with items and buyer information, updates it with selections such as fulfilment options, and completes it with payment, or cancels it. The seller returns authoritative totals at each step. The session's history is a natural part of the evidence for what the buyer agreed to.
