Checkout Mandate
In AP2, the mandate that authorises completing a checkout, bound in its closed form to a merchant-signed cart.
In the Agent Payments Protocol, a Checkout Mandate is the mandate used to authorise completion of a checkout. Its content is created by the shopping agent, shown to the user on a trusted surface and verified by the merchant, and in its closed form it includes a checkout object signed by the merchant. Its open form instead carries the user's constraints and goals before a specific cart exists.
